1. Serious buyer only. I do not do cancelations
2. I try to describe all of my auctions to the best of my ability. Therefore, please ask questions before you buy.
3. I do not accept returns or provide refunds unless I agree that my auction didn’t fully describe the item. If we agree to a refund, I will refund your money after the item has been received back to me. All expenses related to the auction are the buyer’s responsibility and returned funds will be less the transaction fess and shipping fees.
4. My auctions are mailed with a USPS, Fedex, or UPS ground with tracking number. For international bidders, I just send the items via priority mail with tracking number, sorry no exceptions.

If you preorder an item, but keep in mind this is a handmade item. The item may look different. This photo is just the general idea, but it may depend on the fabric, trim, buttons , and artist touch. If you want something specific please contact me.
